Aluminium trays with non-stick coating, Food-safe lacquered underside. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C. These trays are light (3 times lighter than a standard black sheet metal tray) do not rust and so can be used in cold stores and proofing rooms. No need to grease. Their cost is quickly recuperated by avoiding the use of baking paper while ensuring products of perfect presentability. We recommend that you wipe them with a dry cloth after each use. Pinched-edge trays, height 10 mm- With 4-layer crossed non-stick coating. Thick tray. Particularly suited for cooking delicate and dry products .
