Delivery:

 

We offer regular, structured deliveries via our own fleet of vehicles to the majority of the below areas:

 

  • East Yorkshire
  • North Yorkshire
  • West Yorkshire
  • South Yorkshire
  • North & North East Lincolnshire
  • Lincolnshire

 

If you are unsure please contact us to find out your scheduled delivery days.

 

We can also offer courier or palletised deliveries for areas outside our delivery range, or for urgently needed items at a competitive rate.

 

We aim to deliver all orders between 24 and 48 hours from the order being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Seasonal factors and increased demand on the courier network may delay orders which unfortunately is beyond our control. 

 

Direct / Drop ship delivery charges:

 

Stationery Items: there is no minimum order value - orders over £50 will be eligible for free delivery. Orders below £50 will be subject to a £8.95 delivery charge.

 

Portwest Workwear and Base Footwear Items: there is no minimum order value - Orders over £50 will be eligible for free delivery. Orders below £50 will be subject to a £7.50 delivery charge.

 

Genware items free delivery on all orders - minimum order value £70.

 

Office equipment delivery charges vary. Please contact us for an up to date cost.

 

Returns:

 

Returns are assessed on an individual basis, items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

A restocking fee may be applied to any returned item.

 

Where an item has been received damaged – Elliott’s Online must be notified within 24hrs of delivery, please provide photographs where possible and a replacement item / refund will be processed.

 

Stock Level Displays:

We use some live feeds from our suppliers to give you an indication of stock avalibility, where possible also an estimated due date. Please note this information is provided by our suppliers and may change or be inaccurate due to numerous supply chain issuse.

We use the below status wording:

"Available to order" - this means our supplier has stock and you can order. Likely leadtime 48hr.

"In Stock" - this means we physically have the stock in our warehouse.

"Out of Stock" - this means the item is out of stock with our suppliers, you can still backorder this item, however a lead time is to be expected.

"When its gone, its gone" - This refers to a clearance item where all stock has been sold, you will be unable to backorder this item.

Where no stock level is shown, this maybe due to suppliers not offering up their current stock levels, or this item is a regular Elliott's stock item which is held in our warehouse (these items can be defined by observing where the item is categorised) where stock changes by the minute. Please contact us if you need further clarification.
