Adapts any menu and every space. The 750-TH/II Cook & Hold Oven uses gentle, radiant heat to braise, roast, bake, proof and more. All while maximising space. Low-profile castors allow the unit to be placed almost anywhere, even beneath a standard counter. Our commercial warmer ovens can also be stacked with an identical oven, 750-S Holding Cabinet, or 767-SK/III Smoker Oven.; ; HALO HEAT… a controlled, uniform heat source that maintains close temperature tolerances throughout the cooking and holding function.; Offers uniform and consistent cooking on a daily basis, low shrinkage of bulk or portion-cut protein items, higher food moisture content, and significantly longer holding life.; Cooks, roasts, re-heats, and holds in the same cabinet with set-and-forget controls to provide a better distribution of work loads.; Cooks by time and automatically converts from cook mode to hold mode.; Simple manual controls make adjusting time and temperature settings easy.; Stackable design for additional capacity.; Oven hoods, outside venting, and fire extinguisher systems are not required (in most areas).; Includes:- 3 wire shelves, 1 internal drip pan, 1 external drip tray, 64mm castors
