Description

A no-nonsense fryer capable of vastly extending your oil life and the efficiency of your kitchen as a result, the Lincat Opus 800 Vortech Fryer uses residual heat technology so the machine responds quicker to changes in temperature when requested. An integral filtration system accounts for the extended oil life, filtering used oil making it ready for reuse in less than five minutes even during operation. This removes the need to move oil containers or risk spillages during opening hours. Oil drains directly through the fryer into a removable bucket for emptying, negating the need and hassle of attaching an external drain.
