A robust appliance built to withstand rigorous use, the Lincat Opus 800 Fryer utilises precise temperature controls to prepare fried foods in premium condition. Combined with the inclined base of the unit that drains away any excess oil this commercial cooking machine produces crisp, delectable fish, chips and other dishes with every batch. An inboard drainage system removes oil into a bucket below to be emptied when necessary, removing the hassle of fitting an external drain pipe to the unit and out of your establishment.
