Using a new improved design with infra-red burners, the Opus 800 Propane Gas Chargrill uses energy efficient conduction across its cast iron grids to heat quicker and operate under lower running costs. You can save more money and cook meals to a specific rarity thanks to the five independently controlled heat zones that can be switched off at any time, creating heat gradients for meat and providing economic options during quiet periods. The unit naturally flares your food to add a distinct and appetising chargrilled flavour whilst the reversible grids mark meat for that desired branded appearance.
