A versatile shelving unit for chilled meals, drinks and desserts, the Kubus Drop In Cold Patisserie provides a smooth static location to sort and shelve your favourite produce. Featuring three chilled glass shelves that can be modified to personal preference, a singular rear door grants instant access for restocking during peak times of operation. The cooled lower display area maintains items consistently from 2°C to 5°C and features removable deck plates for easier cleaning, as well as an integral condensate water evaporator that eliminates the need for site drainage. GN pans sold separately.
