Heat Shield For Metal Kebab Knife

Protects your hand and forearm from the intense heat of the burner. To fit to the knife, unscrew the head from the handle and slide the Heatshield onto the top of the handle with the printed side towards you (the white side faces the burner and reflects the heat). It should be a tight fit. Screw the head back onto the handle. When you take the head off for cleaning, clean the Heatshield in hot soapy water.
