With two high performance 4.4kW elements distributing heat evenly across the large 660x640mm smooth polished steel griddle plate, food can be expertly cooked without fuss. The entire griddle plate is surrounded by a grease collection trough, making the unit easy to clean, reducing down time during service. The E9581 is fitted with adjustable feet and is also designed to suite perfectly with other Falcon F900 countertop appliances.
