External Sensor Temperature Data Logger for recording temperatures over a period of time at a user changeable interval. Ideal for freezers the logger records a temperature as often as you wish between 0.1 minute and 255 minutes apart with a memory of 4000 readings. Accuracy 0.5 degrees C. The display shows you the last taken reading. You then download the data using 'Software & cradle for ThermaData Logger Mark2'. This can produce a graph, data sheet or Excel spreadsheet of data. This easy to use solution eliminates the need to manually log your fridge and freezer temperatures helping you to comply with Food Safety Regulations and your HACCP procedures.
