Part of the Air System by De Buyer, this 35cm perforated tart mould is designed to allow maximum air flow for fast, efficient and consistent cooking. Can be used with or without the reusable pre-cut liners. Suitable for a multitude of uses, the moulds can go in the freezer and the oven (up to 260°C) Includes: 1 x 35cm fluted tart mould & 2 x reusable pre-cut baking sheets.
