Beer should be poured slowly, with the glass held initialiy at a 45° angle and then gradually righted as it fills. The faster beer is poured, the greater the amount of froth will form, and this shoul never be less than two fingers thick. Serving temperature: 4-7°C for bottom-fermented beers; 8-12°C for top-fermented beers.
